Nice i like the changes, missiles should do dmg dependant on size and speed of the target. Thumps up for that! In general i feel the Ranges are WAY to high, you should consider reducing them by 50% or so, but add modules (med and low slot) similar to tracking computer and tracking enhancer that increase range.
Could you please explain how you get these high values? what's the reasoning behind it, to me it looks totally out of balance.

A tempest needs roughly 5 tracking computer II with 1400mm II and Lead ammo to get this range. 100km base range sounds better to me, with roughly 160 (?) km range with skills, without modules.

190km for the highest damaging BS weapon? ofc it takes ages for them to reach the target, but they will eventually reach it! with skills maxed, and ship bonus the range should not be more than 60km, else it's totally out of balance vs turrets imo.

Which cruiser can get that range with guns even when he uses all his slots? 120km with skills and a single ship bonus sounds better.

Errr again which Small turret gets more than 40km range even on a ship with 10% optimal bonus? Seems way unbalanced again.

I'd tend to compare rockets to blaster, and autocannons, and again their range seems way to high. Keep in mind at these distances they'll almost be instant hit weapons.
Hope i don't sound to negative, but when i saw the ranges i was like "WTF is he smoking", don't take it personal, it's just my first tough ;P |
